Ceren Software Engineer

Ceren is a career changer, bringing with her a bachelor's degree in genetics and molecular biology as well as a master's degree in biophysics. She had her first contact with computer science during her master's program. Fortunately, she decided to pursue this new passion and add a computer science degree on top of it. Ceren is incredibly inquisitive and ideally complements our team with her calm and level-headed manner.

Linda Team assistance

Linda has the WOGRAners' backs and ensures that everyone can focus on their tasks. She is our friendly voice on the phone, beautifies our office, helps wherever needed and assists with invoicing and controlling.

Mark DevOps Engineer

Mark supports WOGRA as a DevOps Engineer. He manages the network infrastructure, our customers' systems and is responsible for our cloud and Kubernetes strategy.

Sidonia Head of Operations

Before joining WOGRA, Sidonia worked for a large retail company as a project manager for software projects. During this time, she gained experience in dealing with various software service providers, among others. Today, Sidonia has switched sides and works as a Project Manager for WOGRA. Her previous experience is a tremendous asset as she knows both sides and therefore understands the customer needs very well. This ability makes our customers feel that they are in optimal hands with her. Sidonia's many years of experience also benefit us internally and help us to further optimize processes and working methods. In addition to project management, she also takes care of personnel issues. Her structured approach and consistent actions ensure that projects she supervises are always successfully completed.

Melanie Quality Engineer

Before Melanie joined WOGRA in 2015, she worked for a very successful start-up as a Quality Engineer. At WOGRA, we quickly discovered that in addition to her testing skills, she also has great organizational skills. Over the years, she proved her versatility not only in project management but also in marketing. Today, however, she is once again focusing on her original vocation, quality assurance.

Stefan Software Architect

During his time at the University of Augsburg, Stefan was called the "Swiss army knife of the department" by his professor. He knows how to familiarize himself with new technologies and acquire a deep technological knowledge like no other. This means that Stefan always has an ace up his sleeve and the best solution at hand. Fortunately for us, he decided to move into the free economy and, despite or perhaps because of the many choices, to join the WOGRA team, which was still quite small at the time. In 2012, he started working for us as a software engineer and actively contributed his ideas to our team from the very beginning. Due to his high demands on software quality and his expertise in long-lasting software architectures, he has been the main person responsible for the technical implementation of software development projects at WOGRA since 2016. Stefan is a welcome contact for our partners because he can easily transport complex solutions. Having cared deeply about the knowledge culture at WOGRA, he co-initiated the WOGRA Tech Talks (link).

Sarah Software Engineer

Sarah studied business mathematics and discovered her passion for software development during exciting computer science lectures. At WOGRA, she first completed an internship to familiarize herself with domain-specific languages. We used her quite soon in the development of complex commission algorithms, for which she learned the handling of Oracle databases within a very short time. Her performance convinced us so much that we subsequently took her on as a trainee. Sarah also developed excellently during her time as a trainee and therefore became a permanent member of the WOGRA family in 2018. Since then, Sarah has always convinced us and our customers with very good results.

Thomas Project Manager & AI Architect

Thomas has a great fondness for numerics, in which he received his PhD from the University of Augsburg. After completing his doctorate, he moved to a Munich-based software development service provider, for whom he worked primarily in the embedded area at an automotive group. Before joining WOGRA, he was also a product owner responsible for several development teams. Thomas is passionate about the topic of artificial intelligence and is successfully deployed as a Project Manager in customer projects for AI at WOGRA.

Franziska Software Engineer

Like some other WOGRAners, Franzi did not approach software development in a direct way. After graduating from high school, she initially decided to pursue medical training. After that, she decided to catch up on her high school diploma and study computer science. Since August 2022 Franzi strengthens our development department and brings new momentum to the running team of WOGRA.

Wolfgang CEO

Like many members of our team, the WOGRA founder started as a working student in software development. He then moved into a permanent position as a software engineer and became a project manager for development projects in the banking sector at the age of only 25. This and his idea for a low code development platform were the basis for the foundation of WOGRA. In addition to his professional activities, Wolfgang was already successfully active as a coach of youth and adult teams in sports clubs at a young age. The experience gained there with regard to team composition, inner motivation and the pursuit of common goals flowed into the development of WOGRA from the very beginning. Wolfgang may not be the best Project Manager, the best Software Architect or the best Software Engineer in our team. But he stands for the philosophy of WOGRA like no other: Impress with professionalism - inspire with solutions! Due to his excellent networking and his good reputation among customers and partners, he manages to continuously advance WOGRA.

Klaus Software Engineer

Klaus' developer heart beats not only for AI, but also for web and mobile applications. In his spare time, he deals with exciting electrical and microcontroller topics and also tries his hand at IoT projects.

Eduard Software Architect

Eduard's career at WOGRA began in 2014 as a working student. After he mastered the first, demanding tasks very independently and solution-oriented, we quickly assigned him larger tasks in customer projects. He always repaid the trust placed in him with exceptionally good performances. The results resulting from Eduard's bachelor thesis are still the basis of many of our software solutions today. As a software architect, he is increasingly involved in the development of web applications and mobile apps. In addition to his technological skills, his dry sense of humor and affable manner make him an extremely popular colleague.

Tim AI Engineer

Tim came, saw and won - that's the best way to sum up his career at WOGRA. Besides the fact that he is a super nice guy, he has an incredible knowledge in the subject area of artificial intelligence and can use it very skillfully in all customer projects. He basically delivers his work in very good quality and at an incredible speed. With these qualities, he is a welcome member of any project team and an absolute asset to WOGRA!

Florian Software Engineer

Florian studied Interactive Media at Augsburg University of Applied Sciences before joining our team permanently in 2018. In his projects, he does not simply map functions, but enables great user experiences through well thought-out and attractively designed controls. Through his critical questioning style, he helps to sharpen the customer's requirements for the product in order to achieve the best possible result. Florian is not only our secret weapon for user interfaces and user experiences, but also our walking encyclopedia for all questions around general knowledge.

Veronika UI / UX Designer

Veronika joined us in March 2022 in the area of UI/UX design. Her creativity and trained eye for details provide us and our clients with modern design concepts and a perfect user experience. Veronika is unbeatable not only in her work for WOGRA, but also in her free time when boxing.

Mathias Software Engineer

Mat joined the WOGRA family in 2015. He started as a working student, wrote his bachelor thesis with us and has been a permanent part of our development team since the beginning of 2019. Mat found his way to studying computer science via training as an IT systems electronics technician. At WOGRA, he prefers to focus on front-end development in the web and mobile environment. Even during his time as a working student, he was able to solve complex tasks very efficiently. In stressful situations, Mat is someone you can absolutely rely on. As an admin, he looks after some of our software systems and is responsible for making the Tech Talk videos available on YouTube.

Theodor Software Engineer

With his more than 20 years of project experience, we have brought Theo on board, another very experienced developer who is very enthusiastic about new trends and technologies. Privately, Theo relaxes in his small garden. Rumor has it that he grows the best tomatoes far and wide. Theo prefers to be in nature even when doing sports. There you can meet him cycling or jogging.

Dennis AI Engineer

Dennis started as an intern, was later a working student and master student, and is now our first PhD student in the field of AI! He inspires not only us, but also and especially our customers with his professional expertise. Dennis is currently supporting our research project with DLR.

Alexandra UI / UX Designer

After longer stays abroad in Australia and Chile and an internship in Berlin, Alexandra moved to beautiful Augsburg. She enriches our UI / UX design team with her creativity and brings her expertise in accessibility.

Lukas Digital Business Developer

Lukas drives digital topics and supports our customers in their actions. Together with our technology experts, he advises them on topics relating to the automation of processes or the development of new products. As a Digital Business Developer, his main focus is the success of our customers. For this purpose, he always finds the right contact person and thus creates sustainable added value for our customers.

Max UI / UX Designer

Max is responsible for ensuring that our solutions meet the requirements of modern design and user experience to provide our customers with a pleasant experience with digital products. In addition, he takes care of our corporate identity. In addition to his passion for design, Max is also a self-employed photographer.

Andrea Project Manager

After a creative sabbatical, Andrea decided to return to her old profession because of our WOGRA values. In addition to her many years of project experience in software projects for medium-sized customers and corporations, Andrea also brings process and organizational knowledge to the table and provides structure in the often chaotic daily project routine.
