At 13. and 14. July 2022 the Kutzschbach Partner Days took place. On both days of the event, the focus was on different topics of the day. Thus started the July 13 as ‘Trend Session Day’. After a welcome by Managing Director Frank Söder, various impulse presentations followed. Among them also a lecture with WOGRA participation. Together with the other companies of the MehrWerten Verbund, there was a presentation for the numerous guests on the topic of ’11 different perspectives on your digital future’. MehrWerten is an association of 11 companies whose goal is to offer their customers added value by identifying strengths and helping companies to implement efficiency-enhancing processes. In the course of the presentation, WOGRA CEO Wolfgang Graßhof was able to explain to the participants the competitive advantages that arise from a customized software solution.
Through individual software solutions, companies are able to further strengthen their USP’s and highlight them to their customers. Thus, the development of individual software solutions always makes sense where standard solutions have to be changed or extended strongly and expensively. So the question is not whether to rely on standardized or customized solutions, but whether additional competitive advantages can be achieved by developing customized solutions for highly company-specific processes or as a service supplement.
In the course of this presentation, the participants gained insights into failed projects of well-known ERP software manufacturers. It became apparent that even large corporations experience significant revenue losses when software is not tailored to their own business.
On the second day, the IT.NEXT trade fair took place. The focus here was on future trends in the IT industry. In contrast to the previous day, this time Managing Director Thomas Kutzschbach opened the day. After the welcome, there were again exciting keynote speeches, which enabled the trade fair visitors to take a look into the future of technology. WOGRA was on site with its own booth on the second day.
Looking back, the Kutzschbach Partner Days can be considered a very successful event with many exciting impulse presentations as well as a goal-oriented exchange in the get-together.
